Research Resources

We offer a variety of means of access to the V&A’s collections, library and archives, and our research outputs.

• in our public galleries at V&A South Kensington, Young V&A, V&A Wedgwood, V&A Dundee and V&A East (opening 2025 and 2026)

• using the National Art Library, the V&A’s major public reference library for the fine and decorative arts

• consulting collections items in one of our study rooms and the Photography Centre via Explore the Collections to research our object collections

• consulting the V&A Archives

• exploring our research outputs and publications
